JOB SUMMARY:
Resource Employment Solutions currently has a career opportunity for an experienced Recruiter for Aurora/Denver CO. area. Resource is an extremely quality oriented and structured staffing firm that aggressively promotes good service and dependability and offers ongoing training and support to successful candidates who have desire to improve and learn new innovative approaches.

JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma, or GED required.
• At least three years of college education; or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to travel at least 3 to 4 times a month.
• Previous recruiting experience is preferred.
• Management experience
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications to include but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, etc.
• Must be able to operate various office equipment to include but not limited to: Fax, Copier, Phones, etc.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Places newspaper ads for both corporate and other locations as needed within approved expenditure guidelines.
• Reviews employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants to determine match.
• Screen and interview job applicants to select those meeting assignment and client criteria.
• Reviews job orders and matches applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file search.
• Keeps records of applicants not selected for employment and the reasons for non-selection.
• Performs reference and background checks on all applicants to ensure compliance with client criteria.
• Keeps updated job information on all serviced sites to ensure accurate placement match.
• Conducts thorough new hire orientations prior to placement at client’s site.
• Keeps accurate record information about job openings on job order forms to describe duties, hiring requirements, and related data.
• Other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Pay rate ranges between $30K and $40K a year based on experience.
