JOB SUMMARY:
National staffing agency is offering career opportunities as an internal employee to Team Leads. This position will provide activities inside a warehouse to ensure safe and efficient performance of contingent workforce. It will handle the direct training of all new employment, punch them in and out, develop a clock report and ensure the hours are accurate; but not limited to the following outlined responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF TEAM LEADER:
•High School Diploma, or GED required.
•Prior experience with Microsoft Office Applications to include but not limited to: Word, Excel, Internet Explorer (required)
•Great communication skills oral/written (required)
•Prior Warehouse/Distribution experience, (preferred)
•Schedule Flexibility (required)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF TEAM LEADER:
•Manages the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving so that a team meets it required level of production.
•Responsible for the direct supervision of Trainers and/or Team Leads within an assigned location.
•Clock in and out all Contingent Workforce. Ensure all the punches are accurate, if not, make the necessary changes.
•Develop and print a clock report for the client to sign. Scan the signed clock report and send it to Accounting.
•Responsible for the direct supervision of Team Leads, Trainers and/or Contingent Workforce within an assigned location.
•Attend Weekly meetings with Corporate Operations Department.
•Will provide daily updates to Local management.
•Responsible to be a first responder at location for: (emergencies, employee hours, etc.)
•Responsible for the proper manning of location shifts, and assigning workloads or sending home extra personnel as needed.
•Work closely with contingent workforce to resolve customer problems and reports as required on performance, issues and resolutions.
•Responsible for taking action and following the Worker’s Comp Procedures in case of an injury/illness.
•Communicate any changes in the client orders to ensure staffing needs are always met.
•Help with processes and idea implementations within assigned work groups.
•Keep accurate timekeeping record.
•Other duties as assigned.
