Human Resource Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:
Fortune 1000 corporation, a leading company in the design and manufacturing of packaging for commercial products is offering career opportunities for a Human Resource Assistant in Elk Grove IL.


REQUIREMENTS OF HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT:
• Able to work proactively and collaboratively with entire work force to solve problems such as: Employee Relations Issues, Benefits, Payroll issues and concerns.
• Payroll and Recording keeping experience a plus.
• Attention to detail, maintain daily record keeping and weekly payroll processing, file maintenance, safety record keeping etc.
• Office and Administrative experience such as recognition event planning, bulletin board postings, participation in meetings, AR or AP finance support, etc.
• SAP experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT:
• Will assist in the Human Resources department with clerical duties.
• Respond independently to inquiries of all types for the departments.
• Assist persons seeking information from the department or direct them to appropriate company personnel.
• Prepare and edit documents and reports as directed by members of the department.
• Provide human resources administrative support to the assigned facility.
• Assist employees with basic HR questions.


SCHEDULE & PAY RATE OF HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT:
• 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Monday - Friday
• $19.00 / hour
